Pakistani Shipments
Q-1. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING WITHIN PAKISTAN?
Yes, free shipping is available on orders above PKR 5,000 within Pakistan. There are no hidden or extra service charges.
Q-2. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE WITHIN PAKISTAN?
:- Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.
:- Order processing may take up to 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
:- Delivery times may be longer for remote areas and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Q-3. ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS?
Yes, COD orders above PKR 50,000 will be processed only after successful telephonic verification, and 10% of the total order amount must be paid in advance.

Q-6. IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FREE?
No, international shipping is not free. Courier charges apply based on weight and volume.
Q-7. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN OR EXTRA CHARGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
No, we do not charge any extra, hidden, or service fees. Customers only pay for the ordered items and the actual courier charges as per the courier's weight and box policy.
Q-8. IS ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, all international orders must be paid in advance. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
:- Only Debit Cards and Bank Transfers are acceptable.
Customs Duties
:- All customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are collected by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
:- If a parcel is held by customs, the customer is responsible for providing any required documents to the authorities.
:- Basanti Outfits is not responsible for refunds in case the parcel is not cleared by customs.
